Media Services (Text, Audio, Video Production)

LIS provides a wide range of media services. The Waidner-Spahr Library provides many types of media for viewing and listening, as well as facilities for doing so. Academic Technology provides production resources for almost any type of traditional media or multimedia.

Media Production

Academic Technology provides a wide range of media production services to faculty, staff and students. Media production services are located in the Bosler Center on the lower level of Bosler Hall (Service Office: Bosler 014). Audio-Video Editing & Duplication

Academic Technology supports the campus's audio production needs through training and on site facilities. The Bosler Center has equipment to provide both digital and analog copying and editing services. Software packages available for use include Audacity, Garageband, and Premiere.

CD & DVD Production

We will help you to create your multimedia production and to burn it on CD or DVD.

Digital Image Production

We provide instruction on digital photography, help with manipulating digital images in a range of software, and printing of digital images.

Digital Video Production

We provide instruction on digital videography, help with digital video editing, and publishing of video to CD or DVD.

Scanning & PDF Production

We can teach you how to effectively digitize printed materials for a wide range of uses. We also have specialized scanners for slides and large-format items.

Media Viewing & Listening

The College community may borrow video tapes, DVDs, CDs, and records from the Waidner-Spahr Library. Some may be taken out of the Library for use, but the Library provides a number of venues for using media on site.
