Bosler Language Labs

The PC language lab in Bosler 209 is now equipped with Can8 software allowing faculty to create interactive audio-visual lessons. The lab is also equipped for video conferencing or voice over IP connections. Bandwidth for these connection is prioritized to insure quality connections for language exchanges. Special software is also installed through Microsoft Word plug-ins or Antidote for French for grammar and spell checking in all foreign languages taught at Dickinson.

Faculty can reserve the lab for classes by contacting Jean Weaver. Students are free to use the lab whenever classes are not taking place. Summer hours are 8-4 Monday - Friday. The Bosler Micro Room continues to be available for class and student use. Faculty can reserve the lab by contacting Jean Weaver. The lab is equipped with 18 Macintosh IMac machines and one instructor station.
