Althouse Reading Room

The chemistry reading room in Althouse is a very comfortable space for consulting current chemistry journals. Hours of operation are:

    Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Sunday 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Althouse collection contains current print subscriptions for chemistry journals and a number of key chemistry books.

Directions to the Althouse Chemistry Reading Room:

Exit the Waidner-Spahr Library and turn left. Go down the ramp and follow the sidewalk to College Street. Turn left and walk one half block to the crosswalk by the Holland Union Building. Cross College St. and Althouse is the first building on your left. The entrance is in the middle of the building.

Climb the short staircase and turn right. The library reading room is at the end of the hallway on the right.
